Tiffany loves learning new things and finds comfort and relaxation in art, gardening, exercise and being outdoors. She began her yoga journey in 2014 during an intense battle with anxiety and depression. Through yoga she began the process of slowing her mind and listening to her body. Yoga has helped her change her lifestyle and has aided her in becoming more self aware. Before yoga it was difficult for her to identify what her body needed. The simple act of checking in with her body and asking herself how she feels has been an eyeopening and life changing experience. This change in her life inspired her to find a career in a healing environment. She hopes to deepen her practice and explore the possibilities of teaching some day.
