Back in 2016 Stephen and Katherine Winters saw a need that needed to be filled in their community. In April of that year the couple opened Samsara Wellenss Center in Bakersfield as a place where the community could come to become more mobile, relax and heal.
Internationally acclaimed yoga instructors, Daniel and Lauren will answer all your questions about yoga, acro yoga, swimming, mustaches, horses, communicating with animals, international travel etc, etc.... so bring a friend, prepare to LOL & grab a bite/sip of something delicious while you join us for some insightful conversation and some live acro yoga!
We love what we are creating here in Bakersfield. We love the clients, the community involvement, the transformation we get to witness everyday. We love our staff and watching each of them come together, learn from each other and blossom. We haven't even hit our two year mark, and we have so much in the works to better serve you!

The season has shifted into summer. During these longer, warmer days we typically are more active. We take trips and get out into nature. No matter where your travels take you; feel your best by practicing yoga regularly. A 2 to 3 times a week yoga practice will keep you feeling agile, strong, more control of your emotions.
If we look outside our doors and windows we are greeted with the shifting colors and increasing bounty of spring. New growth is all around and it couldn't be more beautiful or inspiring. Spring is a great time to start new habits, get that body moving and to have fun while doing it.
