Linda's passion for yoga began in 2006. After years of running and experiencing low back pain, she turned to yoga for the healing aspects it has to offer. She fell in love with the flow of breath and body and continues to be inspired by the balance of strength & flexibility. She decided to deepen her understanding of yoga by completing a 200 hour teacher training at Inner Bodyworks and began teaching in 2012. Linda has attended workshops with Max Strom, David Friend and has been inspired by the purifying practice of Ashtanga and the creative flow of vinyasa. She strives to inspire her students to stay connected to their practice by showing up to her own mat regularly. Her classes offer a strong but safe vinyasa flow and will allow you to feel a deeper connection to your body, mind and soul.
