The season has shifted into summer. During these longer, warmer days we typically are more active. We take trips and get out into nature. No matter where your travels take you; feel your best by practicing yoga regularly. A 2 to 3 times a week yoga practice will keep you feeling agile, strong, more control of your emotions.
If we look outside our doors and windows we are greeted with the shifting colors and increasing bounty of spring. New growth is all around and it couldn't be more beautiful or inspiring. Spring is a great time to start new habits, get that body moving and to have fun while doing it.
